Grill assembly around head lights .

94 525i. Can someone pls tell me how to remove the grill assembly around the head lights. I'm thinking of replacing lights. Also the assembly where the kidney grill is attached. Thanks

kidney grills just pop out as they are fastened w/ plastic clips that are designed to permanently break when removed- ie once u install it, that's it. if u remove it, u've bought yourself new ones. they are around $50+ bucks each. so, a pair will run $100+.

I should know this, but I don't... Detrich, I don't think he want's to remove the kidney's, just the plastic garbage around the headlights.
